Click here for a juvenile in-class registration Form under 18 , This form is for students who will attend the 24 hours of classroom instruction and then complete the 8 hours of Behind The Wheel training. Please print the form. Fill it in completely and mail to our Norwalk address (61 East Monroe Street, Norwalk Ohio 44857) with at least a $200.00 deposit. We accept checks, money order, or credit cards (in person only)

Click here for a juvenile Online  Behind the Wheel Registration Form under 18, This form is for students who will be completing the classroom portion of their driver training online and then contracting with us for the 8 hours of State mandated Drivers Instruction.  Please fill the form out completely and mail it to our Norwalk address (61 East Monroe Street, Norwalk Ohio 44857)  along with your payment and certificate of completion. Driver training schools are licensed by the Department of Public Safety thru the Ohio Driver Training Program Office located at 1970 West Broad Street, Columbus Ohio 43223.
